IST planbar GmbH was founded in June 2009 as a daughter company of RE/init e. V., an association with the objective of employment promotion based in Recklinghausen, Germany. Within the last 13 years RE/init e. V. has evolved to a professional organisation with about 120 employees in more than five locations in the whole Ruhr area.

In this way RE/init e. V. had to get over a lot of obstacles, but learned by experience and never lost sight of the „human capital“. For this very reason RE/init e. V. has been certified to ISO 9001:2000 since 2006. Since 2009 RE/init e. V. is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and continuously keeps on improving quality standards. Thereof benefit not only employees but also customers.

Their know-how in IT, quality and resource management has proved itself in practice and now has been pooled in terms of the IST planbar GmbH. Companies and institutions that are looking for individualised solutions for their needs can now profit from us.
